Experienced deployment technicians fully conversant with Windows Migrations having both English and other European language capabilities.
All KMCS technicians have:
- Excellent customer service skills;
- A good standard of written and oral communication;
- Understanding of Operating System Deployment and Migration;
- Demonstrable experience with Windows 7 or 10, PC Hardware and software installation and configuration;
- Understanding of Microsoft environment/network including Active Directory, servers, operating systems and common business software/applications;
- Support experience related to installs, equipment pick-up, and equipment inventory;
- Perform miscellaneous software & hardware installs, configuration of Windows PC;
- Ability to work effectively individually and within a team environment;
- Flexibility regarding working hours and locations as we understand our technicians may be required to start early or finish later than usual and stay away on occasion;
Whilst not an exhaustive list our Technicians will have the ability to:
- Follow team procedures to replace staff Windows 7 PCs (both desktops and laptops) with Windows 10 devices;
- Ensure all required services are available for each staff member. This includes applications, printers and other configurations;
- Engage with staff at all levels to arrange appointments and ascertain exact requirements;
- Rebuild machines with your standard staff Windows 10 image;
- Troubleshoot issues arising from any upgrade;
- Keep clear and accurate documentation;
