The end client required travelling deployment teams to achieve process consistency across an extensive and broad geographic coverage, circa 5000 unit deployment across 36 countries within aggressive timescales.

KM Consult Services provided the required group of technicians with the right skills sets and appropriate skills, experience and language capabilities enabling us to exceed the client’s service expectations. The complex scheduling was co-managed by KM Consult Services. We provided daily real-time updates and visibility to meet all SLA requirements, reporting on key metrics and management of end user escalations.
